Join us on April 15-17 in the heart of Washington, D.C., and virtually, for the inaugural Federal Human Capital Conference.
The conference is an opportunity for you to develop and deepen your technical expertise, gain exposure to emerging trends and grow your network in the federal human capital community.

Audience
Federal human capital professionals at all levels. This conference is open to federal employees only.
Registration fee
$499* for in-person or virtual registration.
Members of our Federal Human Capital Collaborative receive a $100 discount.
*Registration fees are not refundable.

Virtual participants: Airmeet. Virtual registrants will receive a link prior to the conference.

Provides a comprehensive exploration of fundamental principles and practices in human capital management within government agencies. Attendees will revisit core concepts such as classification, veterans’ preference and data visualization with a focus on compliance and best practices.
Talent Acquisition
Focuses on strategies and best practices for attracting, recruiting and hiring top talent within the federal government. Sessions will cover topics such as: innovative recruitment techniques, effective assessment design and leveraging technology to streamline the hiring process.
Thriving Workforce
Focuses on cultivating a resilient and engaged workforce within government agencies. Attendees will delve into strategies for fostering employee well-being, enhancing workplace culture, supporting professional development and emphasizing accountability.
How do I access the post-event recordings?
Virtual participants can access the recordings through the same Airmeet portal used to attend the conference. In-person attendees will receive a unique link to Airmeet early next week (the week of April 22) from notifications@airmeetevents.com - please add this email address to your safe senders list.

I could not attend the conference; can I receive a refund?
We cannot issue refunds for registration fees to the Federal Human Capital Conference. However, you will have access to most of the plenary and all of the breakout session recordings for up to 60 days after the event.
